Feen Fenoob, a Sullustan of the male persuasion, possessed a bald head and black eyes. He existed during the concluding decades of the Galactic Republic. His penchant for gambling resulted in a substantial debt to Darnada, a vigo within the Black Sun criminal organization. Unable to settle this debt, Fenoob was pursued by two of Darnada's enforcers to the Deep Space Demolition and Removal Space station. Although he managed to evade these thugs, his life was abruptly ended by Darth Maul, a Sith apprentice.
In the year 33 BBY, Feen Fenoob, the aforementioned male Sullustan, had accumulated a gambling debt owed to Darnada, a Dug serving as a vigo in the Black Sun syndicate. That year, Darnada dispatched Asa Naga and Gargachykk, a Wookiee, to locate Fenoob aboard the Deep Space Demolition and Removal space station, which the vigo utilized as his operational headquarters. Fenoob attempted to flee from the pair, but he only succeeded in exhausting himself before they cornered him in one of the station's hangars, where the Sullustan had attempted to conceal himself. Naga reminded him of the outstanding debt, expressing a belief in Fenoob's ability to repay it, while also noting Gargachykk's doubts. Following Naga's threat to have the Wookiee forcibly remove Fenoob's arms, the Sullustan deployed several flash globes he was carrying, stunning his pursuers and making his escape. However, his flight was terminated abruptly when Darth Maul, a Sith apprentice, severed the fleeing debtor with his lightsaber, intending to leverage the Sullustan's death to gain Naga's trust and secure an audience with Darnada.
Fenoob's gambling habit led him into significant debt with the perilous criminal Darnada. He displayed panic upon realizing he was being hunted by Darnada's thugs, attempting to escape them. When apprehended, he managed to outsmart his captors—one of whom voiced belief in Fenoob's repayment while the other did not—and stun them to facilitate his escape, adding a sarcastic remark in the process. Being a Sullustan, Fenoob was characterized by his baldness, light-colored skin, and black eyes. At the time of his demise, he was wearing an orange jacket and shirt, complemented by brown pants.
Feen Fenoob's initial appearance was in Darth Maul (2000) 2 (2000), a comic book from the Star Wars: Darth Maul series, penned by Ron Marz and visually brought to life by Jan Duursema. Later, in 2008, he was included in The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia.
