The avian creatures known as Felucia birds were a species of bird native to the world of Felucia, a planet. During the Battle of Felucia in 19 BBY, numerous specimens were observed in flight around the soldiers of the 327th Star Corps; one such bird passed close to Clone Commander CC-5052 and his fellow clone troopers as they fired on Jedi General Aayla Secura.
These Felucia birds made their initial debut in the prequel trilogy film Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, released in 2005. Their formal identification within the present canon occurred in the "Every Creature in the Star Wars Movies" video, published on the Star Wars Kids YouTube channel in 2019.
