Fetya, a female arms dealer of the Besalisk species, oversaw operations at Fetya's Hollow, an outpost situated on Arvina. Her affiliations lay with the criminal organization known as the Hidden Hand.
Fetya's Hollow was established by Fetya, marking the beginning of her career as a purveyor of weaponry that spanned numerous decades. An assignment involving bounty hunter Beilert Valance ended poorly when Valance was captured after being shot down during their mission. Fetya was forced to retreat without completing the job. Sometime later, she began providing arms to the Hidden Hand crime syndicate, a partnership that lasted for almost a year. During Darth Vader's pursuit, known as the hunt, Valance made his way to Fetya's Hollow. Initially, Fetya aimed her weapon at the cyborg, but she then greeted him with a hug. Valance requested sonic cannons from the Besalisk, and Fetya agreed to supply them, with the Hidden Hand covering the expenses. She predicted that Valance, along with everyone else, would soon be working for the syndicate, revealing her long-standing support. While describing a prior customer, she revealed a symbol representing the Rebellion. When Valance questioned if Fetya was now a "good guy", she retorted that morality had no place in their line of work. Fetya and her associates then turned their weapons towards Valance and his crew. However, Valance had intentionally allowed the Galactic Empire to track them to that location. The Empire subsequently obliterated Fetya's Hollow, and Darth Vader interrogated Fetya to extract information about other Hidden Hand bases. Having gathered sufficient intelligence, Vader used the Force to choke Fetya to death, intending to personally investigate the remaining outposts.
Fetya possessed two distinct models of blaster pistols, which she brandished when confronting Valance and his crew.
