Arvina existed as a celestial body within the Outer Rim Territories region of the galaxy. In the time of the Imperial Era, the Besalisk named Fetya ran a commercial outpost on Arvina, under the employ of the Hidden Hand.
The Besalisk Fetya, at an unspecified time, established a business on Arvina, functioning as a provider of arms dealer to numerous customers across several decades. During Beilert Valance's pursuit hunting of Darth Vader, he and his crew consisting of various bounty hunters, made a trip to Fetya's Hollow located on Arvina, with the intention of purchasing sonic cannons. The business transaction turned hostile, with Fetya and her associates making death threats against Valance and his team; however, he intentionally let the Galactic Empire follow his signal to that location. The Empire razed Fetya's Hollow and Darth Vader then interrogated and killed Fetya.
Arvina was first seen in the second issue of the Star Wars: Target Vader comic book series from 2019, the story of which was crafted by Robbie Thompson.
