The team, led by the Chagrian sergeant Fideltin Rusk, served as a component of the Republic Military's 301st Infantry throughout the Cold War with the Sith Empire. Rusk's six-member team, along with the remainder of the 301st, found themselves positioned on the planet Hoth, where they engaged in combat against both White Maw pirates and the forces of the Imperial Military during their time stationed on the icy planet.
