Fikari, a planet situated within the Outer Rim Territories, served as a location where Darth Vader sought details about a planned assassination attempt against him originating from the Hidden Hand criminal organization. This search was part of a larger plot.
Within the Imperial Era, Fikari was inhabited by several operatives of the Hidden Hand. Specifically, Holaq and Uro engaged in conversation regarding their criminal organization and the aggression shown towards them by Darth Vader. Vader, having journeyed to Fikari following the discovery of an assassination plot against him, proceeded to kill the majority of the Hidden Hand members present and then questioned Holaq. Due to his dissatisfaction with the information received, the Sith Lord executed Holaq. Subsequently, Vader communicated with the Emperor, who voiced his displeasure and emphasized the critical need to dismantle the syndicate. Unbeknownst to Vader, his actions were being observed by Gwi, a colleague of the Hidden Hand.
The initial appearance of Fikari occurred in the first issue of the comic book series Star Wars: Target Vader, a 2019 publication penned by Robbie Thompson.
