Carreras G51 communications array

The Carreras communications array The Carreras G51 communications array functioned as a component within the broader galactic G51 communications array network. This specific G51 communications array was commissioned by Galactic Empress Marasiah Fel after the conclusion of the Second Imperial Civil War in 138 ABY. Its purpose was to enhance communication between Coruscant and the systems found in the Outer Rim. In that year, Imperial Knight Yalta Val journeyed to the Carreras system to oversee the final construction phases of the Carreras communications array. Nevertheless, he was ambushed and taken prisoner by Sith apprentice Darth Wredd, who then absconded with his armor and impersonated him.

Darth Wredd, now disguised as an Imperial Knight, assumed control over Governor Biala's security forces and the communications array itself. He gained the ability to manipulate the station remotely, guiding it towards his hidden base on the dark planet known as Mala. Subsequently, Darth Wredd utilized the Carreras communications array to transmit a live recording, intending to publicly execute Val. However, his plans were disrupted by the junk dealer Ania Solo, who successfully liberated Val and escaped off-world. Shortly thereafter, the Carreras communications array met its end, destroyed during a collision with Mala. Darth Wredd survived the destruction and initiated an insurgency aimed at both the One Sith and the Galactic Federation Triumvirate.
