Force Enrage

Force Enrage, also known as Dark rage, represented a dark side Force ability. Practitioners delved deep into their personal terrors, anguish, and animosity, transforming these emotions into a potent fury. Subsequently, individuals could direct this anger to amplify their physical capabilities, encompassing strength, swiftness, nimbleness, resilience, endurance, and aggression. Nevertheless, the physical form was unable to sustain such intense rage for extended durations, resulting in significant debilitation for a period following the subsidence of the rage. Should light side Force-users employ Force rage, it posed a threat to their connection with the light side, unless an intervention occurred to break the rage's hold and extricate them from the dark side's influence. Consequently, while granting the user an immediate surge in physical and mental prowess, the rage could plunge them into profound despair, physiological damage, and the dark side's infinite abyss.

Users

Only a select few Jedi possessed the aptitude to harness and regulate Force rage without succumbing to the dark side's allure. Jaden Korr stands out as one of these rare individuals.

In 40 ABY, Luke Skywalker resorted to the dark side's rage against Darth Caedus. Although this amplified the potential damage he could inflict upon the Sith, it simultaneously intensified his focus on vengeance through inflicting pain, rather than simply eliminating Caedus and liberating the galaxy from the Baneite Sith.

Behind the scenes

The Jedi Exile acquires the Force Rage skill from Kreia within Knights of the Old Republic II if the player opts for the dark side prestige class, Sith Marauder, or may learn it randomly near the end of Malachor V before she enters the Academy.

The Emperor's Wrath employed Force Rage to channel their strength during both offensive and defensive actions.

Within the multiplayer mode of Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, players have the option to choose Force Rage as one of their dark side abilities. Activating this power enhances speed, strength, and defense; however, it gradually diminishes the user's health until either the power is deactivated or the user is left with a mere 1 health unit. Furthermore, Force Rage users experience a temporary period of exhaustion, impeding their movement and attack capabilities.

Force Rage is among the powers in Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy that Jaden Korr can acquire through his training regimen.

In Star Wars: The Force Unleashed video game, Galen Marek possesses the ability to tap into this ability to potentially augment his power, albeit for a limited duration.

Within Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, Starkiller can briefly access this power by concentrating all of his anger on specific targets, unleashing devastating and incredibly swift attacks against them.
