This ceremony was a straightforward funeral. It took place on the Night Caller, some days after pilot Jesmin Ackbar's death. Her death had occurred during a battle between Wraith Squadron and the Blood Nest pirates on the moon of M2398-3. Because Wraith Squadron couldn't recover her remains, commander Wedge Antilles, who flew as her wingman, launched a proton torpedo into the sun of the M2398 system as part of the service. The crew of the Night Caller and every member of Wraith Squadron, with the exception of Myn Donos, were present at the funeral.
