General Gav Vannar, a male Human, held the position of Right Fist for Queen Hadiya throughout the Despot War. Following the Despot Army's loss in the Battle of Tython, Vannar faced banishment from his native Shikaakwa. He was exiled to Nox, alongside the remaining Generals comprising Hadiya's Inner Circle.
