During the period spanning 3 ABY to 4 ABY, Luke Skywalker, a Jedi undergoing training, journeyed to Gazian's Living Sea seeking Jedi wisdom. Upon arriving at a platform, Skywalker, while trying to explore, stumbled into the fungal growth and lost his breathing apparatus. By inhaling the hallucinatory spores, he experienced a vision of the planet Ahch-To and engaged in dialogue with an echo of Elzar Mann, a Jedi Master from the High Republic Era. Following this exchange, Skywalker obtained a sacred Jedi text from the skeleton of a deceased Jedi.
