Gossam

The Gossams, a sentient and saurian species, claimed the planet Castell as their place of origin. These beings were short in stature, displaying wrinkled blue skin and elongated necks, which were sometimes adorned with neck rings. Their feet were distinguished by having three toes.

An example of a Gossam, Shu Mai, exhibited a strong preoccupation with status, power, and material wealth. Her attire included jewelry such as neck rings, a jewel crest that was emblazoned, and a luxurious skirt crafted from the rare uris silk.

Shu Mai, a Gossam, held the position of Presidente within the Commerce Guild. She employed ruthless strategies to advance within the organization, surpassing competitors to gain leadership. She had control over the collective financial assets of some of the most prominent corporations in the galaxy, and secretly provided the Confederacy of Independent Systems with her Guild's backing. Cat Miin functioned as her assistant, while another Gossam, Amita Fonti, held a seat in the Separatist Senate. The Gossam Commandos belonging to the Commerce Guild Punitive Security Forces were integrated into the Confederacy military.
