Grob'thok, also referred to as Grob'thok, Who Feeds the Forge, existed as a rancor transformed into a cyborg. The Dread Masters modified this creature and employed it within the forges located in the Dread Fortress situated on the moon of Oricon. During the Galactic War's period known as the Dread War, invading combatants brought about Grob'thok's death.
Grob'thok functions as the third encounter within the Operation called "The Dread Fortress." This Operation was incorporated into the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic: Rise of the Hutt Cartel through Game Update 2.4.
