He was related to royalty as the brother of Emperor Antbbianplourr III from Eiattu 6, and also the grand uncle of Plourr Ilo. Count Rial Pernon was his offspring. Although he backed the overthrow of his nephew, Uthorrferrell Cartha, Pernon did not know of the plot to kill the Royal Family.
