The Haven, a cryptic droid station, had been under the protection of the Kligson clan for an entire millennium. This station circled the moon referred to as Kligson's Moon. Following the destruction of the droid revolutionary Ajax Sigma, Telemak assumed the role of the Haven's protector. Sometime after, while on a journey to Kligson's Moon, Sigma unknowingly passed near the station, unaware that what was left of his army had sought shelter there. A few weeks afterward, the Scourge infected several droids on the station. Capitalizing on this, Tarr Kligson collaborated with the Scourge to orchestrate a takeover, seizing Telemak's guardianship.
