An alien male being, known as Horville, was the proprietor of Horville's Hut of Horrors situated on the Forest Moon of Endor. In the year 3 ABY, a band of Ewoks paid a visit to his establishment, as they sought entertainment surpassing the Tumble Bunnies performance. Horville successfully lured them inside to witness his spectacle, but the experience was so terrifying that they all fled, screaming. That afternoon, the young Ewoks persisted in their lamentations about the horrors they had witnessed, and Horville continued to instill fear in one Ewok in particular, Wicket Warrick, who suffered from nightmares that night.

Horville, an alien male individual, managed an attraction called Horville's Hut of Horrors located on the Forest Moon of Endor. Prior to 3 ABY, Willy and Weechee Warrick, who were Ewoks, visited the hut; the former became so frightened that he had difficulty sleeping for a week. In 3 ABY, he took his Hut of Horrors to a carnival in Bright Tree Village.
During the carnival, the young Ewoks Wicket Warrick, Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka, Teebo, and Latara, who were responsible for bringing their wokling siblings to see the Tumble Bunny show, visited Horville's business. They sought something more exciting than the boring show, so they went to the hut. Warrick was startled when Horville came outside to greet them, which caused the other Ewoks to scream. He then praised them for choosing his attraction, calling it the ideal location for anyone seeking excitement and horror, and he introduced himself and his hut.
Even as Kintaka tried to persuade Warrick to return to the Tumble Bunnies, Horville waved the Ewoks over. He presented his exhibitions, which included Garth the snake eater, the repulsive Ploob, and Bilbob the Mystic, all of whom terrified the woklings and caused them to scream. Warrick held a vote to determine whether the group would go to the Tumble Bunnies or the Hut of Horrors. Despite the vote going in favor of the bunnies, Warrick declared that the hut had won, personally assuring that the woklings would have a good time. As eerie music played, Horville led them inside and chuckled as the Ewoks entered.

Later, they ran out while screaming as Horville waved farewell. Despite their obvious dissatisfaction with it, he requested that they tell their friends about his Hut of Horrors. Kintaka had been correct to be wary of Warrick's idea, as Horville's show completely terrified the woklings; they all sobbed in terror for the remainder of the afternoon. That night, all of the woklings experienced nightmares about Horville's horrors, but they were spared from them because Logray, the shaman, created a device that sucked the dreams away. The magic device, however, toppled over, and Warrick received all of the dreams instead. In his dream, Horville was chasing him while riding a pink animal that he instructed to catch the young Ewok. Warrick was eventually apprehended by Horville, at which point he awoke.
Horville, a member of a sentient, bipedal species, readily sent young woklings into his terrifying hut; in fact, he complimented their bravery and beckoned them closer. He disregarded the Ewoks' screams following their visit to his show, instead requesting that they keep promoting his attraction. He had gray skin, black eyes, and white hair. Horville's feet had three toes, and his hands had four fingers.
Red clothing was worn by Horville.
Horville made his debut in "Horville's Hut of Horrors," the sixteenth episode of the animated television series Ewoks' second season, which was written by Paul Dini and debuted on November 15, 1986.
