Hub 3 was a district located within Kaas City, which served as the capital for the re-established Sith Empire throughout the duration of the Cold War. Of particular note, the Ministry of Logistics maintained its headquarters there.
The districts of Kaas City, including Hub 3, were referenced in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game that BioWare launched in 2011. These references took the form of inscriptions found on a map kiosk.
