Ivee, a droid with a transparent, dome-shaped head belonging to the R3-series astromech droid line, fulfilled the role of astromech for Jessika Pava, a Resistance pilot. During the Resistance's undertaking on Cato Neimoidia (the mission), Ivee gave her life to protect Pava. Before this fateful mission, she repaired Black One, the X-wing starfighter flown by Poe Dameron, doing so as a favor to the astromech BB-8.
