Jade Rats

The following is information about the Jade Rats:

The Jade Rats constituted a gang of thieves operating near the end of the High Republic Era within the Aakaash system located in the Oplovis sector. This group consisted of approximately twenty members and utilized a smuggling ship as their base of operations. In collaboration with one of the corrupt managers of the space station Fire, they became a major nuisance. Around 200 BBY, the Jade Rats, under the leadership of their ailing leader known as the rat king, managed to pilfer a consignment of enigmatic tenebrae belonging to the Knights of Silver Dawn. This enigmatic tenebrae was a crucial raw material for a novel water purification technology. The Knights' shipment originated from the planet Land and was en route to Fire in the Heaven system when the Jade Rats carried out their heist. Subsequently, the thieves brokered a deal with the Blue Dragon, recognized as the most influential pirate syndicate in the system, exchanging the enigmatic tenebrae for enigmatic yellow blood, a substance rumored to bestow immortality. Despite the rat king's reservations about the veracity of these claims, he was willing to explore any avenue to forestall death, having already consumed nine cycles elixir and charm water in his desperate quest to achieve immortality. Despite their history of successfully evading capture and defeat, the Jade Rats were ultimately double-crossed by Zhang Jincheng, the manager of the Fire station, which led to an assault by the Knights of Silver Dawn, who were determined to reclaim their stolen enigmatic tenebrae. Following their defeat at the hands of the Knights' elite red apricot squad at Stars Pavilion on Fire, the rat king divulged the location of the Blue Dragon to the Knights, providing them with a tracking device that pinpointed the location of the Dragon's stronghold. Furthermore, the Jade Rats surrendered their ill-gotten gains to the red apricot squad, allowing them to depart with a substantial sum of the local currency.
