Jim Cummings, born on November 3, 1952, is a highly regarded and experienced voice actor. Since the mid-1980s, his vocal talents have been featured in over one hundred different productions. He is particularly well-known for voicing iconic Disney characters, including Winnie the Pooh since 1988, Tigger in the Pooh franchise beginning in 1990, Darkwing Duck and other characters within that series, and the Disney antagonist Pete. Beyond Disney, his impressive body of work includes voicing the Tasmanian Devil in both The Looney Tunes Show and New Looney Tunes, along with multiple roles in the acclaimed cult classic Freakazoid!. He has also contributed his talents to video games, providing voices for characters in Star Trek: Starfleet Academy and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. Furthermore, he is recognized as the voice of Minsc in the Baldur's Gate game series.
In Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels, Jim Cummings gave voice to Weequay pirate captain Hondo Ohnaka. Additionally, he voiced a warehouse supervisor in the season 5 premiere. He also lent his voice to Oteg and Skylast in Star Wars: The Old Republic, and provided additional voices for Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars.
He also narrated the audiobook edition of the junior novel Pirate's Price, which was released in 2018.
