Joh'Cire, a moon of the desert variety, existed within the Mid Rim. This celestial body experienced population growth and the expansion of its moisture farming sector during the era of the Galactic Republic time. As part of the Mid Rim Cooperation motion, originally presented to the Galactic Senate by Senator Padmé Amidala in 28 BBY, Joh'Cire offered credits to the planet Bromlarch in exchange for advancements in irrigation. These credits from Joh'Cire were then utilized to obtain permacrete, which was needed for the damage repairs resulting from groundquakes occurring on Bromlarch.
The 2019 novel Queen's Shadow, penned by E. K. Johnston, included a reference to Joh'Cire.
