Jreely Toomb, a male Jawa scavenger, existed during the time of the Galactic War. He was born on the desert planet of Tatooine. He and another Jawa named Blizz were hired by the traveling salvager Slam Streever to act as "ferrets," which meant they would scout dangerous zones for valuable salvage. Jreely was known to be a bully towards Blizz, often pushing him around and stealing his possessions. Eventually, Slam and his team began working for White Maw pirate gang's leader, Reneget Vause, on the icy world of Hoth in the year 3642 BBY. It was there that Jreely betrayed Blizz by falsely accusing him of stealing salvage. This resulted in Blizz's expulsion, and Jreely took possession of Blizz's belongings. Later, Blizz joined the crew of the Grand Champion of the Great Hunt and, with assistance from Mako, managed to locate Jreely and reclaim most of his stolen items.
Following the Eternal Empire conquest in 3636 BBY, Blizz went back to Hoth and began managing his own salvage crew of Jawas from Tatooine. He ultimately allowed Jreely to join his crew, but despite forgiving his past actions, he still did not think highly of him. Around 3631 BBY, Blizz and his crew, including Jreely, were recruited by The Commander into the Anti-Zakuul alliance.
Jreely felt remorse for his past actions against Blizz and cautioned the Commander to treat Blizz well, or he would "make holes" in the Commander. Sometime after, Jreely attempted to steal the power core from Lana Beniko's message box and tried to get the Commander to help him with his scheme.
While Blizz mentions Jreely Toomb several times during the Bounty Hunter class storyline in Star Wars: The Old Republic, Jreely himself did not physically appear until the release of the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion.
