Judin was a male Human who served the navy during the Cold War, the period of conflict between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. By the year 3643 BBY, Judin had achieved the rank of Flight Commander; his responsibility was to recruit for the prestigious Coruscant Aegis Squadron, a group of Republic-aligned operatives tasked with attacking distant Imperial objectives and carrying out operations deemed too clandestine, specialized, or sensitive for standard Republic military units.
In the year of 3643 BBY, Judin reached out to The Barsen'thor, the Hero of Tython, the Voidhound, as well as the Havoc Squad commander, extending an invitation for them to join the ranks of the elite fighter squadron known as the Coruscant Aegis.
Judin's character was created for Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game launched by BioWare on December 20, 2011. He makes contact with Republic players via holocomm while they are aboard their personal starship, shortly after the completion of their storylines on Coruscant and after they have acquired their own ship.
