The Junihar Cartel was a syndicate of criminals that exploited penal institutions. Golas Aram, a prison designer from Siniteen, constructed these facilities for the Junihar Cartel, in addition to serving other entities like Splugorra the Hutt, Kanjiklub, and the Galactic Empire.
