Kamala served as an aviator within the Riot Squadron of the New Republic. During the conflict at the Oridol Cluster, she met her death at the hands of Galactic Empire pilots from the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing flying TIE fighter craft. Her role was that of a pilot.
