Kan'grell was a Human Soldier (of the male variety) hailing from Alderaan. He was a member of the Galactic Republic during the Cold War era, when they were in conflict with the Sith Empire.
Within Alderaan's planetary generator, Kan'grell found himself in the company of General Gesselle Organa, Blenks, and [Prinn]. The group was shielded by an incredibly potent force field, sustained by rerouting power directly from the generator itself. However, a Sith apprentice serving Darth Baras infiltrated their location and sabotaged the generator, forcing it to revert to its backup system. This action severed the additional power supply, causing the Organa force field to collapse.
Following the Warrior's act of sabotaging the planetary generator and the subsequent elimination of numerous soldiers, Kan'grell, alongside Blenks, Organa, and Prinn, confronted the Sith Warrior. Organa attempted to negotiate with the Sith, but her offer was rejected. The Sith, in pursuit of information regarding Organa's former handmaiden, Jaesa Willsaam, began to inflict torture upon Blenks, who was Organa's lover. Unable to bear witnessing Blenks' death, Organa divulged that the Jedi Padawan Jaesa Willsaam's parents were still employed at Castle Organa. After extracting the information about Willsaam's parents, the Warrior proceeded to execute Organa and her protectors, Kan'grell included, for their defiance against the Empire.
