During the era of the Clone Wars, Notluwiski Papanoida, the Supreme Chairman of Pantora, experienced a crisis when his daughters, Che Amanwe Papanoida and Chi Eekway Papanoida, were abducted. The perpetrators of this act were the bounty hunters Greedo and a Gotal accomplice. These bounty hunters were hired to kidnap the daughters of Papanoida to force him to join the Separatist Alliance during the blockade of Pantora by the Trade Federation. Dissatisfied with the investigation conducted by Lieutenant Inspector Tan Divo of the Police force, the Coruscant Security Force, Chairman Papanoida chose to take matters into his own hands. With the help of Senator Riyo Chuchi and Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano, he successfully orchestrated a rescue operation. The rescue took place in two locations: the Pantora Droid Control Ship and Chalmun's Cantina. The group parted ways amicably.
