Kril'Dor was a world found within the Mid Rim region of the galaxy, known for its reserves of tibanna gas. Situated near the Uba system, Kril'Dor's location was designated as I-7 on the Standard Galactic Grid.
During the investigation into the hijacking of tibanna from the transport ship Dromedar, Senior Lieutenant Thrawn of the Galactic Empire suspected that, should Nevil Cygni (a smuggler) be looking to offload the stolen tibanna, he would have transported it to Kril'Dor.
The Star Wars: The Force Awakens Beginner Game, which was published by Fantasy Flight Games back in 2016, was the first time Kril'Dor was mentioned. In Timothy Zahn's Thrawn novel, which came out in 2017, the name is written with a lowercase 'd'.
Within the Star Wars Legends universe, Kril'Dor made its initial appearance in Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, a video game that was launched in 2003.
