The Kwenn Space Station, also known as Space Station Kwenn, was a space station that could be found in the Kastolar sector of the Mid Rim. More specifically, it was situated on the Coreward border of Hutt Space, along the Ootmian Pabol hyperlane. This station orbited the planet named Kwenn.
The architecture of Kwenn Space Station included a three-level design. The uppermost level resembled a city and provided entertainment and leisure amenities for those passing through. Situated beneath this was a platform featuring numerous docking bays for smaller spacecraft. Due to their modular design, these docking bays could be easily modified to accommodate various classes and sizes of starships. At the lowest level, there was a hexagonal latticework structure that served as a drydock for massive capital ships, such as Star Destroyers. Repulsorlift shafts and corridors provided access from the primary drydock and the smaller docking bays into the central areas of the station.
Given its location on the outer reaches of the Mid Rim, close to a key hyperspace route, the station functioned as a crucial final resupply and refueling point for starships en route to the Outer Rim of the galaxy.
Following the Invasion of Naboo, a Republic vessel carrying Trade Federation battle droids slated for destruction at a Republic decommissioning facility disappeared. The Office of the Supreme Chancellor and the Jedi Council dispatched Vor'en Kurn, Sia-Lan Wezz, Rorworr, and Deel Surool to find the missing ship. Their investigation led them to Kwenn Space Station, where they encountered reactivated battle droids in the lower sectors, resulting in a shootout.
Not long after the Battle of Yavin, the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer called the Relentless made port at Kwenn Space Station. The search for Adar Tallon commenced from this location.
Rebel operative Kassar Kosciusko attempted to maintain a presence on Kwenn, but the activities of Ketton spy Derrida frequently hampered Kosciusko's efforts. Ultimately, Kyle Katarn and a pint-sized lagomorph apprehended Derrida, almost leveling Kwenn station in the process of capturing her.
Sard Nightbringer conducted an auction aboard the Stellar Mermaid, which was docked at the station, to sell an experimental personal shield generator that she had plundered from Imperial Research and Development Station T-1583.
