The reddish-orange vessel named Lore Seeker was a Jemlaat-class yacht in the possession of Tionne Solusar, a Jedi historian. She came to own this ship prior to 11 ABY, having obtained it from a Randoni merchant on Borgo Prime during one of her many research expeditions; she essentially traded a song for it. Tionne frequently brought young Jedi aboard for hands-on training during her travels.
The yacht utilized an older design, employing solar sails to capture solar wind and fuel the vessel.
The exact timing of Tionne's acquisition of this ship is somewhat unclear. In the story Firestorm, which takes place in 11 ABY, Tionne is already in command of a ship bearing this name. Yet, within the Junior Jedi Knights series, which unfolds in 22 ABY, she is depicted as only recently having obtained the ship.
