Lourna Dee's Tempest, commanded by the Tempest Runner Lourna Dee, was one of the three Tempests making up the Nihil. Its membership numbered around one thousand. Reflecting their Runner's nature, the Nihil within this Tempest were known for being exceptionally sadistic; moreover, they were strategic planners who only acted when assured of victory. By the time the Battle of Galov occurred, the Nihil's strength had diminished, and Dee suffered significant losses among her followers during that conflict. Following the Defense of the Restitution, Dee rebuilt her Tempest by incorporating the prisoners from the Restitution into its structure. Furthermore, she transformed the prison ship into her new flagship, renaming it "the Lourna Dee."
