Lower Markaran Outpost, previously known as Markaran Imperial Outpost, existed as a Sith Empire installation. Its location was within the Markaran Plains of Balmorra. The outpost's personnel included Lieutenant Thorpe, Fixer 66, Science Officer Garboza, and Toybox. Subsequently, the Balmorran resistance seized control of the outpost, stationing Sergeants Durren and Kejik there.
