Galactic Alliance Chief of Staff Wynn Dorvan observed that the Coruscanti continued to enjoy the luxury of experiencing the garden's lycandis, even as war erupted on their world in 44 ABY between the Jedi and the Sith.
Troy Denning introduced lycandis in his 2012 novel Fate of the Jedi: Apocalypse, which served as the concluding book in the Star Wars: Fate of the Jedi series.
