M'Arshngton, a woman known as "Lady", was taken prisoner by the Galactic Empire around four years prior to the Battle of Yavin, along with numerous other individuals.
The name "Lady M'Arshngton" initially surfaced in the Star Wars Rebels episode "Rebel Resolve," specifically the twelfth episode of season one; it was inscribed in Aurebesh within a detainee data record. The "TK-1138" label adjacent to her name is reminiscent of TK-421, the Imperial stormtrooper featured in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. Allusions to the number 1138 are frequently present in the Star Wars films and other Star Wars works, as well as other Lucasfilm projects, as a tribute to THX 1138, the debut feature film by George Lucas.[4]
