Seboca was a prominent holovid celebrity of the Dug species, residing on the planet Coruscant.

Seboca was romantically involved with Bogg Tyrell, an Aleena Senator. During 22 BBY, while traveling in an airspeeder alongside Bogg, they narrowly avoided a collision with Obi-Wan Kenobi.
During that same year, he played the lead role in the motion picture titled Airtaxi Driver.
Seboca was also seen within Dex's Diner in conversation with Rednax and Slyther Bushforb, concurrently with Obi-Wan Kenobi's discussion with Dexter Jettster.
Matthew Wood provided the voice for Seboca in the film Attack of the Clones.
There is some ambiguity in early materials regarding the identification of the Dugs present in Dex's Diner. The Behind the Magic: Dexter's Diner feature indicates that "Manoca" is the spotted Dug whose back is facing the viewer, whereas the Episode II DVD-ROM Exclusive Content suggests that Manoca is the other Dug lacking spots. However, the Databank asserts that the Dug thought to be Manoca is, in fact, Seboca. Leland Chee has since confirmed that the character in Dex's Diner is indeed Seboca, and Slyther Bushforb's Databank entry has been updated to reflect that Manoca is an alternate name used by Seboca.
In the last chapter of The Making of Star Wars Revenge of the Sith located on StarWars.com, Seboca is identified as a taxi operator.
ILM developed Seboca's digital character model by adapting the Sebulba model from The Phantom Menace. This model was subsequently used to depict a Dug introduced in the Blu-ray edition of Return of the Jedi. Despite the identical appearance of these characters, they have not yet been officially recognized as the same individual.
