In the year 9 ABY, Ahsoka Tano embarked on a quest to a Nightsister temple. Her objective was to secure a star chart pointing the way to the whereabouts of the vanished Grand Admiral Thrawn. Nevertheless, Tano found herself in an ambush set by HK-87 assassin droids. These droids were dispatched by Imperial Nightsister Morgan Elsbeth. After Tano made her getaway with the map and obliterated the fortress, the droids initiated their self-destruct sequence.
