Moof milk yogurt


Moof milk yogurt, a yogurt variant, possessed a distinctive purple hue. This yogurt was crafted using moof milk, a specific type of milk sourced from creatures known as moofs. Strono Tuggs, an Artiodac chef, suggested using it with his Roasted Kajaka Root recipe. This recipe, complete with a yogurt topping, was featured in The Official Black Spire Outpost Cookbook, a cookbook released by Tuggs in 34 ABY. The recipe involved roasting kajaka root and then adding moof milk yogurt on top to make it even sweeter.

Behind the scenes

The Roasted Kajaka Root recipe from the 2019 cookbook Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge: The Official Black Spire Outpost Cookbook marked the debut of moof milk yogurt. The cookbook was authored by both Marc Sumerak and Chelsea Monroe-Cassel.
