Yogurt is a food that can be created using different milks or fungi; for instance, consider the mashed marsh fungi found on the planet of Dagobah, the blue milk produced by the bantha species, or even moof milk sourced from a moof. While living in exile on Dagobah, Jedi Grand Master Yoda stored marsh fungi within his pantry specifically for yogurt production.
