Morgana Onasi was the spouse of Carth Onasi and also the parent of Dustil Onasi.
During the time of the Mandalorian Wars, Carth served within the military forces of the Galactic Republic, which resulted in Morgana and Dustil being left to fend for themselves. When the war concluded, Carth journeyed back to Telos, intending to remain with his family indefinitely. Nevertheless, as the Jedi Civil War began, Carth felt compelled to reenlist, believing the Republic was in need of his services. Although Morgana was displeased with this choice, she ultimately accepted it.
During the course of the war, Telos was attacked by the Sith fleet. Admiral Saul Karath, under the command of Darth Malak, initiated a bombardment of the planet from orbit to demonstrate his shift in allegiance. Shortly after the bombing, Carth arrived with a Republic detachment, discovering Morgana in a state nearing death and Dustil missing. He embraced her and desperately called for medical assistance, but she passed away before their arrival.
Two years later, when Carth and Dustil encountered each other at the Sith Academy on Korriban, Dustil attributed his embrace of the dark side to the Republic's general failure, and Carth's specific failure, to safeguard Morgana.
In Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, the wife of Carth Onasi was not given a name. David Gaider, a writer involved in the game's development, was the first to identify her by the name "Morgana," a designation that was later canonized within the Knights of the Old Republic Handbook.
