Mustafar Hot Pot

Mustafar Hot Pot was a type of stew that was available at The Last Resort cantina, which could be found in a mining settlement on the world of Mustafar. Strono Tuggs, an Artiodac chef, traveled the galaxy on a culinary journey between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, and subsequently put a recipe for the dish in his third cookbook, titled The Ultimate Cookbook, released in 35 ABY. Within the pages of his cookbook, he suggested that it be added to menus in locations where the temperature is lower than on Mustafar.

Behind the scenes

The recipe for Mustafar Hot Pot was developed for the 2023 Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook, a cookbook authored by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak. The out-of-universe instructions for preparing the dish call for ingredients such as sesame oil, crushed garlic, kimchi, vegetable broth, tamari soy sauce, soft tofu, and chopped scallion.
