The Muvon was a B-7 light freighter manufactured by Loronar Corporation and was the property of Brophar Tofarain.
For a substantial period, Brophar Tofarain utilized the Muvon as his own personal mode of transportation, journeying from world to world as he explored the galaxy. Ultimately, Tofarain made Kal'Shebbol his home, and the Muvon was stored within a secured hangar. Notably, it survived the New Republic's liberation of the planet during the Battle of Kal'Shebbol, unlike many other vessels.
Tofarain's repair establishment was obliterated during the liberation of Kal'Shebbol. In pursuit of recompense, Tofarain enlisted with the CR90 corvette known as the FarStar, which had the assignment of locating Moff Kentor Sarne within the Kathol sector. As part of their arrangement, he made the Muvon available for use. Frequently employed as a means of personnel transit, the ship lacked any identifying New Republic symbols and could easily be mistaken for a regular civilian cargo transport when a more inconspicuous approach was required. It was deployed to transport landing teams to the surfaces of planets visited by the FarStar, with Tofarain insisting on piloting the craft personally.
During an operation on the planet Uukaablis, the Muvon was commandeered by Gorak Khzam, the Rodian first officer of the FarStar, along with Nizzal, a Turazza. They employed the vessel to desert their posts and align themselves with the Skandrei Bandits.
The name Muvon is a wordplay on "move on," which is consistent with the recurring pattern of employing puns when naming transports within the galaxy.
