Nebula Raiders
A group of pilots known as the Nebula Raiders participated in the conflict of the Clone Wars, spanning from 22 BBY to 19 BBY. These pilots aligned themselves with the Confederacy of Independent Systems, serving under their naval forces, and utilized both gun tugs and Z-95 Headhunters in combat. The Nebula Raiders frequently caused disruptions for the Galactic Republic by attacking supply convoys using their gun tugs and starfighters.
Behind the scenes
The current Star Wars canon introduced the Nebula Raiders in Rise of the Separatists, which is a 2019 addition to the Star Wars Roleplaying line of products created by Fantasy Flight Games. Within the Star Wars Legends timeline, the Nebula Raiders were initially referenced in Starships of the Galaxy, a reference book from 2001 written by Owen K.C. Stephens for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game by Wizards of the Coast.
