Within the current Star Wars canon, Nichos Marr received a mention in the trivia section for the episode guide of the third episode of the Obi-Wan Kenobi television series, which was broadcast on June 1, 2022. According to the guide, Marr's name, along with others from the Star Wars Legends continuity, was engraved on the safe house set's wall for the episode. However, his specific name is not actually visible in the final cut of the episode. In Legends, Nichos Marr initially appeared in the 1995 novel Children of the Jedi written by Barbara Hambly.
