Nikollan Kord was a Human male. During the Galactic War period, he held a position of importance within the Balmorran resistance during the Sith Empire's re-establishment and their occupation of Balmorra. In the year 3642 BBY, Kord consented to collaborate with Colonel Finley from the Republic Military, along with the Jedi Order. Their goal was recovering a prototype cloaking device; however, he attempted to abscond with it alongside Avers, another resistance fighter.
Nikollan was extremely protective of Balmorra. He would only agree to compromise his strict principles if it was more advantageous to Balmorra, or the Balmorran Resistance, than sticking to the original goal. An example of this was when the Hero of Tython managed to negotiate the cloaking device for the Sith Empire's data on cloaking missiles and bombs, which was more valuable than the device itself. Nevertheless, he was unable to excuse betrayal and never forgot those who let traitors live, regardless of the circumstances.
