During the initial stages of the Galactic War, the Jedi Knight recognized as the Hero of Tython embarked on a quest to the disputed world of Balmorra to recover an experimental stealth generator. Collaborating with Jedi Master Warren Sedoru, Colonel Finley of the Republic's Fifth Expeditionary Force, and the Balmorran insurgents, the Hero and their companions pursued the experimental device across the world, eventually finding it within the Balmorran Arms Factory. This device was required by a Jedi strike team being assembled by Jedi Master Tol Braga with the intention of apprehending the Sith Emperor, and a combined operation by the Hero and the field medic Doc resulted in the successful retrieval of the device from the factory.
