Numen Brock, a male Twi'lek, transitioned from a smuggler to a Galactic Republic privateer throughout the Galactic War. He attained the title of Commander and collaborated with the Balmorran resistance located on Balmorra.
Originally, Numen Brock worked for the Galactic Republic, holding the Commander rank, and participated with the Balmorran resistance on Balmorra. He functioned as a cryptographic analysis expert, supervising all encrypted Republic communications on the planet. Furthermore, he acted as the primary liaison for Golden, the SIS double agent. Brock owned Sixer, a droid stationed at Farnel Outpost at the beginning of the Galactic War.
In 3642 BBY, when the smuggler known as Voidhound arrived on Balmorra to sabotage Project Nebula – an Imperial initiative focused on the creation of sophisticated weapons – Brock served as their contact. Brock then tasked the smuggler with acquiring updated intelligence from Golden within Imperial territory. He was eventually apprehended by Imperial forces during a patrol, but Voidhound liberated him from Camp Vigil.
