Osrund was a secretary in the service of the Galactic Empire, and was a human. For the Imperial Unity Day parade, Secretary Osrund and Ambassador Givens were the guests of General Palton on the Core World of Bar'leth. Numerous stormtroopers, a variety of walkers and several starships of the TIE fighter series were features of the parade. The Rebel Alliance's Red Squadron attacked the parade, resulting in the destruction of a large number of vehicles.
