Otor's Hub

Otor's Hub was a space station situated within the Ojostor sector, found in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy. It functioned as a meeting point for a diverse array of merchants and traders specializing in uncommon goods, with the majority involved in either the black market or the slave trade. One standard year prior to the outbreak of the Clone Wars, Sheb Valaad, a Koorivar trader, initiated a black market enterprise on Otor's Hub, an operation that was ultimately disrupted almost four years afterward by Quinlan Vos, a Jedi Master working undercover.

Behind the scenes

The initial appearance of Otor's Hub occurred in Dark Disciple, a canon novel released in 2015 and penned by Christie Golden. This novel drew its inspiration from an eight-episode story arc planned for the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, a project that was abandoned due to the show's termination. Otor's Hub's conceptual genesis lies in The Clone Wars: The Sith Hunters, a 2012 graphic novel belonging to the Star Wars Legends continuity (non-canon), which portrayed Otor's Hub as a black market space station. However, Dark Disciple did not explicitly define the location's specific role.
