During 19 BBY, Uingali foar Marocsaa, a Paccosh representative, encountered Mitth'raw'nuruodo (whose Core name was "Thrawn"), a Senior Captain of the Chiss, revealing that Yiv the Benevolent, a Nikardun General, had visited the Paccosh leaders in Rapacc, their capital, desiring to communicate his demands and express his triumphs to the Paccosh leadership.
Timothy Zahn referenced the Paccosh leaders in his 2021 novel, Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising, which is the initial book in the Star Wars: Thrawn Ascendancy Trilogy.
