Sheev Palpatine, the H-2 executive shuttle's owner, was also known as the Supreme Chancellor during the time of the Clone Wars. When the Zilllo Beast attacked, he utilized this shuttle to make his getaway. Before the shuttle could reach a safe altitude, the beast seized it, compelling Anakin Skywalker, who was aboard, to bisect the creature with his lightsaber as part of a daring escape. Ultimately, the beast, still chasing Palpatine, destroyed what was left of the shuttle.
